Merritt Lakeside Senior Village is a beautiful newapartment community located at 1222 Borgfeld Road, Schertz, TX 78154. Our community Offers one and two bedroom rental apartment homes to those55 years of age and older.

We provide a wide array of monthly residentactivities and have many modern features for our residents to relax andenjoy themselves, such as a pool with spa, a movie theater, state of theart fitness center, a computer business centerand a convenient on premises hair salon.  In addition, we haveapartment homes that are equipped for mobility, hearing and visuallyimpaired.

Merritt Lakeside Senior Village offers one bedroomswith rent ranges of $265 to $607 per month.  Two bedroom rent rangesfrom $313 to $716 per month (call for current rates as they are subject to change). 

 Income restrictions do apply and all household’sincome and assets must be verified.  Some rental price ranges will  havea waitlist and may not be immediately available.  Although our on-siteoffice is currently no open, please adviseanyone interested to call 512-5121 for further information.
