A non-profit organization, the Mondovi Housing Authority, owns and manages Highland Apartments to provide a safe and affordable home for the elderly, disabled, and other independent residents.Potential residents must apply for and obtain an income qualification.Rent is based on a percentage of income, not property, at medical cost.The rent includes heat, electricity, water/flush, and rubbish.Cable TV is available at a reduced rate ($60.00/mo.), and is in addition to the monthly rent.Telephone service is provided independently by each tenant and paid directly to the telephone service provider (not included in the monthly rent).They invite you to watch the slide show to see their beautiful and well-kept area.
