Rivermont Family Homes offer affordable housing for families. Complex consists of 47 units that are subsidized. All utilities (with the exception of telephone and cable) are included in the rental fee. Previous landlord references and police record background check are required. Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
