Fairbanks Public Housing Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Family and Senior/Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Fairbanks is currently open, since at least July, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print the application online here. Scroll down to the "Fairbanks" row, and select the "Application" link under the "AHFC-OWNED HOUSING" column.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to:
