The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) waiting list for Project Based Rental Assistance apartments at Baden Homes, Casa Bonitas, Flora Statler, John Hammond, John Hollar, Paradise Homes, Parkview Estates, Varney Homes, and Villa Monte Rosa is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 26, 2019, until 5,000 applications have been received.

Each community is located in the following city:

• Baden Homes - Tolleson, AZ
• Casa Bonitas – Surprise, AZ
• Flora Statler - El Mirage, AZ
• John Hammond - Peoria, AZ
• John Hollar - Tolleson, AZ
• Paradise Homes - Surprise, AZ
• Parkview Estates - Peoria, AZ
• Varney Homes - Peoria, AZ
• Villa Monte Rosa - El Mirage, AZ.

The following documentation is required: Social Security Numbers, birth dates, and total gross annual income for all household members.

This waiting list is for rental assistance in El Mirage, Peoria, Surprise, and Tolleson, Arizona.
