The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) waiting list for Project Based Rental Assistance apartments at Norton Circle and Watson Homes is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2020, until further notice.

Each community is located in the following city:

• Norton Circle - Avondale AZ
• Watson Homes - Buckeye, AZ
