Manhattan and Northport Senior and Disabled Section 8 Communities Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (PHP) Senior and Disabled Section 8 Communities Program waiting list for 1-Bedrooms apartments at Manhattan and Northport is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 28, 2020, until July 30, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• If your household includes 1 person, you may earn up to $40,300. 
• If your household includes 2 people, your household may earn up to $46,050.   

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
