30Pearl Magnolia and Mesa Building Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHA) 30Pearl interest list for Studio, 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at the Magnolia and Mesa Buildings is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 7, 2021, until June 10, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the BHA, these buildings "will open for move-in beginning August, 2021." The public notice also states that "If contacted, the application process includes a $19 application fee (per adult) and a $65 holding fee (per household)."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. The application was available in English and Español. Only one submission was accepted per household, and the name entered must be of the applicant.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
