Brighton, Colorado Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Brighton Housing Authority (BHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted for one day on September 25, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Brighton, Colorado is about 20 miles northeast of Denver, Colorado.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete a lottery card in person at the Armory Performing Arts Center.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery. According to the BHA, "Section 8 Lotteries are held on an annual basis and the Section 8 wait list DOES NOT carry over from year-to-year. Applicants need to re-apply each year."
