The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on a limited basis from March 10, 2020, until March 11, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the CSHA, "You must live and/or work in El Paso County, Colorado, at the time of application to be eligible to apply for this program."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete an online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
