Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (HACA) Mainstream (Non-Elderly Disabled) Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for two days in May, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: This opening was only for individuals and families who have a family member who is non-elderly (between ages 18 and 61), and has a verifiable disability, and is either experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness or is transitioning out of an institution or segregated setting primarily for persons with disabilities
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
This waiting list had the following preference: Applicants receiving supportive services with Aurora Mental Health, Atlantis Community or Developmental Pathways.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preference.
