Eligibility

The Housing Authority of Pueblo (CO) last opened on Sunday, March 1, 2015 and closed on May 1, 2015.

The pre-application was online via email submission. The HA specified several preferences, which were:

Qualify as an individual or as a family, per HUD
Head of household must be 18+ years of age or an emancipated minor, as defined for Colorado state law.
All adult members (18+ yrs of age) of the household must pass a criminal background check.
At least one (1) household member must meet HUD's requirements for citizenship or immigration status.
Family must not have been terminated within the past five (5) years from any housing assistance program as a result of a violation of the family obligations as prescribed in their previous Section 8 voucher or public housing lease agreement.
