Eligibility
As of July 2016, the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.
To apply, complete the online application here. Although this application looks printable, applicants are required to fill out the application online, and click the button titled "SUBMIT FORM" on the bottom of page 2.
The HACP does have a preference for disabled individuals.
