Wilbur Peck Court Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Greenwich Communities (GC) Family Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments at Wilbur Peck Court is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 8, 2018, until September 30, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the application available online.

Once the application was completed, it must have been mailed to the GC office.

The waiting list had the following preference: Local resident.

Each day, selected applicants were ordered by random lottery, and were placed on the waiting list after households who submitted their application on a previous day.
