Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from November 17, 2020, until November 23, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the online paper application.
3. Pick up an application from the HACH.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
