The Manchester Housing Authority (MHA) Elderly Congregate waiting list is currently open on a limited basis.
Please note: According to the MHA, this waiting list is for applicants who are "62+ Frail Elderly."
The MHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from November 1, 2021, until further notice.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
