The Dover Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
This housing authority manages one community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals, and four communities for families, all are located throughout Dover.
To apply for public housing you can stop by their office to pick up an application, during normal office hours, located at 76 Stevenson Dr., Dover, DE. An application can also be mailed to you by calling 302-678-1965.
