Public Housing Waiting List

The Harlem Housing Authority (HHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Download and print the application online.
2. Pick up an application at the HHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it must have been dropped off at the HHA office on Wednesdays only.

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
