Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Carrollton (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACC offers two Public Housing communities with 235 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HACC to pick up an application, located at 1 Roop Street, Carrollton, GA 30112 during normal office hours.
- Download an application online here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACC to schedule an interview appointment at (770) 834-2046
Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
