Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Cordele (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACC offers four Public Housing communities with 439 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACC to pick up an application, located at 401 S 10th St., Cordele, GA 31015, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The HACC does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the application has been received.
