Eligibility
The Housing Authority of City of Fitzgerald (HACF) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACF offers one Public Housing community with 221 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACF to pick up a pre-screening application, located at 314 S Sherman St., Fitzgerald, GA 31750, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACF to set up an appointment at (229) 423-3755 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
