Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Hartwell (HACH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACH offers once Public Housing community with 174 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACH to pick up an application, located at 116 W Franklin Pl., Hartwell, GA 30643, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm (closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm).
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
