Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Lyons (HACL) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACL offers one Public Housing community with 129 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACL to pick up a pre-application, located at 208 N Lanier St., Lyons, GA 30436, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm EDT (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm), Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, you must call the HACL to schedule an application appointment at (912) 526-8504, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm), Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: Marriage certificate (if applicable), divorce papers (if applicable), proof of all income, birth certificates, Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and bank statements.
