Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Manchester (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 49 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 522 M.L.K. JR. Dr., Manchester, GA 31816, from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours noted above, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
