Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of McCaysville (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 86 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 160 Briggs St, McCaysville, GA 30555, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
