Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Rochelle (HACR) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families.
Please note: The HACR does not have a Public Housing program for senior/disabled individuals.
The HACR offer one Public Housing community with fourteen units for families.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the HACR to pick up an application, located at 792 Second Avenue, Rochelle, GA 31079, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 229-365-1869, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
