Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 147 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 33 Cone Homes, Statesboro, GA 30458, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
The HACS does have a working family preference.
