Public Housing Waiting List

The McDonough Housing Authority (MHA) waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on Wednesdays only, from June 3, 2020, until July 8, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

The MHA website said that the opening period was "Effective June 1, 2020- September 1, 2020." However, the MHA published a new notice, announcing the closing date mentioned above.
