Eligibility
The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments at AMP Site 2 is currently open.
The GHURA is accepting applications for this waiting list from October 14, 2021 at 8:00 am (CT), until further notice.
- AMP 2 Site units are located in the following villages:
- Yona (2, 3 and 4-bedroom units)
- Talo’fo’fo (1-bedroom Elderly units; 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom units)
- Inalåjan (2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units)

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:
- 1 Person $38,200 | 5 Persons $58,950
- 2 Persons $43,650 | 6 Persons $63,300
- 3 Persons $49,100 | 7 Persons $67,650
- 4 Persons $54,550 | 8 Persons $72,050
Please note: According to GHURA, "For those without access to the internet, you may visit any of the GHURA offices listed below during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.) to apply for an online pre-application."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
