Eligibility
The Low Rent Housing Agency of Red Oak (LRHARO) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The LRHARO does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The LRHARO offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for senior/disabled households.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the LRHARO to pick up a pre-application, located at 1805 N 8th St, Red Oak, IA 51566, during normal office hours.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (712) 623-4558 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The LRHARO does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
