Eligibility
The New Homestead Low Rent Housing Agency of Sioux Center (NHLRHASC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The NHLRHASC offers three Public Housing communities with 71 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the NHLRHASC to pick up a pre-application, located at 510 N Meadow Drive, Sioux Center, IA 51250, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-applicaton has been completed, please call the office to schedule an appointment. The office can be reached at 712) 722-2237, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
