Eligibility
The Carroll County Housing Authority (CCHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Elderly/Disabled Public Housing apartments at Maple Lane is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.
Maple Lane is located at 2101 Wacker Road, Savanna, Illinois 61074. This free-standing row apartments consists of 16 one-bedroom apartments designated solely for elderly (62 years or older) and disabled persons.
