GreenTrees of Huntley and SilverTrees of Richmond Waiting List

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) Senior and Disabled waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at GreenTrees of Huntley and SilverTrees of Richmond is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application and background check form available online here. Scroll down to the "GreenTrees of Huntley and SilverTrees of Richmond" section.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to McHenry County Housing Authority, 1108 N. Seminary Avenue, PO Box 1109, Woodstock, IL 60098.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
