Spencer Towers Public Housing Waiting List

The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Spencer Towers is currently open.

The RIHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of December, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Print the paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be retuned to the RIHA office, located at 227 21st Street Rock Island, IL 61201. RIHA will not accept applications via fax or email.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Domestic Violence
• Veterans of the US Armed Forces
• Working Family

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
