The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Cascade Garden is currently open.

The RIHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of December, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
