Multi-Property Family Project-Based Subsidized Waiting List

The Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) Family Project-Based Subsidized waiting list for apartments at 34 North Apartments, Blackburn Terrace, Ellis Apartments, Helen Apartments, Laurelwood, Pine Glen Apartments, Rowney Terrace, The Enclave, Trailside on Mass, and Twin Hills is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Elderly (62 or older) or presently disabled

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
