Eligibility
The Housing Authority of Glasgow (HAG) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAG offers three Public Housing communities with 364 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.
2. Visit the HAG office to pick up a pre-application, located at 111 Bunche Ave, Glasgow, KY 42141 during normal office hours.
The pre-application must be signed and dated in front of a HAG representative.
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HAG office at (270) 651-3859 to schedule an appointment to hand in the pre-application.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all household members, if pregnant, provide written proof and due date from a physician or health department, names, addresses, and phone numbers of all landlords for the past five years, three personal references, bank account statement, award letter if receiving disability/social security, proof of all income, and if not a U.S. Citizen, provide INS number. All adult household members must be present at the interview.
The HAG does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
