Eligibility
The Housing Authority of Sturgis (HAS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAS offers one Public Housing community with 45 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studio to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, is it the HAS to pick up a pre-application, located at 116 E Old Providence Road, Sturgis, Kentucky 42459, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
