The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority (LHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Northwest Lexington and Northeast Lexington is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 9, 2021, until October 31, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Northwest Lexington Properties, have 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units
• Northeast Lexington Properties, have 1 and 3-Bedroom units

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
