The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Autumn Place Townhomes, Willow Creek Townhomes, Roosevelt Terrace Townhomes, River South I and River South II is currently closed. Applications were last accepted for one day on February 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Autumn Place Townhomes: 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units with stairs
• Willow Creek Townhomes: 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units with stairs
• Roosevelt Terrace Townhomes: 1, 2, & 3-bedroom units with stairs
• River South I: 1, 2, & 3-bedroom units
• River South II: 2 & 3-bedroom units

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
