Various Properties Public Housing Waiting List

The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at the properties listed below is currently closed. Applications were last accepted for one day only on February 18, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following properties:

• Monte Sano (3002 E. Mason St., BRLA 70805): 1, 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units
• Clarksdale (801 Swan Ave. BRLA 70807): 1, 2, 3-bedroom units
• Scotland Villa (10666 Scotland Ave. BRLA 70807): 2, 3, 4-bedroom units
• Wood Plaza (9990 Avenue J BRLA 70807): 1, 2, 3-bedroom units with stairs
• Turner Plaza (4546 North St. BRLA 70806): 1-bedroom units. This site has housing for near elderly and elderly and single handicapped/disabled individuals only.
• Duane Street (1701 Duane St. BRLA 70802): 2, 3, 4-bedroom units with stairs
• Sharlo Terrace (4915 Alvin Dark Ave. BRLA 70820) 1-bedroom units. This site has housing for near elderly and elderly and single handicapped/disabled individuals only.
