Eligibility
The Housing Authority of Vernon Parish (HAVP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAVP offers one Public Housing community with 66 units for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply, download a pre-application here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must visit the HAVP to hand deliver the pre-application, located at 117 Savannah Circle, Leesville LA 71446, from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm, on Tuesdays.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and three months of bank statements.
