Eligibility
The Morgan City Housing Authority (MCHA) is not accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications at this time. The waiting list was last open for two days in September 2015.
The MCHA offers two Public Housing communities with 324 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
