Eligibility
The Slidell Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: Only the three bedroom waiting list is open for families.
The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 125 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, you must visit the SHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 1250 Martin Luther King Drive, Slidell, LA 70458-4508, from 8:30 am until 12:05 pm, on Wednesdays only.
No documents are needed at this time.
The SHA does have a preference for: Veterans, and applicants living in substandard conditions.
