Eligibility
The Housing Authority of St. Charles Parish (HASCP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HASCP offers one Public Housing community with 129 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HASCP to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 Boutte Estates Drive, Boutte, LA 70039, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include photo IDs for all adult household members with the pre-application. All adult household members must be present when returning the pre-application.
The HASCP does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in St. Charles Parish.
