Eligibility
The Ville Platte Housing Authority (VPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The VPHA offers one Public Housing community with 216 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, follow this link to submit an online pre-application.
Once the pre-application has been submitted, be sure to write down the confirmation number for future reference.
The VPHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Involuntarily displaced, substandard housing, rent burden, working family, live and/or work in Evangeline Parish, or a veteran.
