Eligibility
The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The BHA offers four public housing communities with 1,624 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. For a complete list of each community the BHA offers, please follow this link.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the BHA to pick up an application, located at 45 Goddard Rd., P.O. Box 7070, Brockton, MA 02303 during normal office hours.
2. Download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: If claiming a preference be sure to include documentation.
The BHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Brockton, employed, elderly, disabled, or veteran.
