Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least May, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here. Select the link for a community with an open waiting list.
2. Pick up an application at the CHA office located at 10 Wilson Street, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET.

Once the application is completed, it must be dropped off at the CHA office located at the address above during office hours.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
