Eligibility
The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) General Massachusetts Public Housing waiting list for 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units is currently open, from November 17, 2018, until further notice
Lowell, MA is about 25 miles northwest of Boston, MA.
There are two ways to apply:
- Pick up an application at the LHA office located at Mercier Center, 21 Salem Street, Lowell, Massachusetts 01854, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm, ET.
- Call (978) 364-5365 to request an application sent to you by mail.
Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:
- Mailed to the LHA office at 21 Salem Street, Lowell, Massachusetts 01854.
- Dropped off at the LHA office at the address above, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Homelessness caused by displacement from a natural disaster, government action, or domestic violence, veterans, working families.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
