The Medford Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The MHA offers two public housing communities for families, and four public housing communities dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.

There are two ways to apply:
1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 781-396-7200 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and Fridays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm.
2. Visit the MHA to pick up an application, located at 121 Revere Ave., Medford, MA 02155, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and Fridays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.
